Abigail

St. Aidan Wishaw 1

We went to the Comboni house to look at choices of people such as the fathers that lived in the house. When we got to the Comboni house there were 3 sessions: a meditation, Father Donato’s video and Sister Aurora’s slides. All the sessions were very interesting. When Sister Aurora showed us the slides of the people of the Sudan children I felt so sorry for them and I wanted to help them. I remembered that there are child soldiers who are out in the world scared. I felt so helpless and I wanted to go over to Sudan and help these children. The day was very successful because I personally learned so much about the helpless people suffering in the world who have nothing to eat or drink. I thought god was everywhere in the day but especially in the meditation. Thank you for a lovely day. (Abigail Wilson)
